Performance Contracting is seeking a Foreman for its Raleigh-Durham 531 operations based in Durham, NC. This individual will be responsible for :
- Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects
- Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out
- Use look-ahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix
- Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety
- Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co-workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
- Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation
- Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
- Performs other related duties as assigned

This position is safety-sensitive. Basic Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor on a construction jobsite
- Must have a track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilities
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Possess strong verbal and written communcation skills with ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to perform basic math
- Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
