Job Summary
The Facilities and Safety Administrative Assistant provides critical administrative support to the Maintenance & Safety Manager, ensuring efficient coordination of safety compliance initiatives and facility operations. This individual contributor role is responsible for maintaining accurate records related to safety training, audits, incident tracking, and compliance documentation. The role also manages inventory tracking for maintenance and janitorial supplies and ensures prompt, organized responses to maintenance requests. Through strong organizational and communication skills, the Facilities Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting a safe, compliant, and well-maintained work environment. Duties and Responsibilities
Establish well organized, digital records which meet or exceed safety, compliance, and health requirements. Areas include: Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education:Associate Degree in BA or in a related field or experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Minimum Work Experience:Four to six years of experience providing administrative support to leaders and to large teams. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
