Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Laboratory Assistant who provides laboratory support duties. Work involves performance of a variety of laboratory tasks of minimal complexity to assist in the maintenance and operation of a research or analytical laboratory. Performs work in compliance with and according to established guidelines and quality control standards. This is the first level in the laboratory series. This position will be in support of [Uniformed Service University of Health Sciences (USUHS)/Infectious Disease Clinical Research Program (IDCRP)]. This project requires biospecimen inventory of human sera, plasma, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM), for the purpose of overall specimen reduction along with detailed data entry for future transfer to other identified external academic and government biorepositories.
