The Data Governance Analyst will work with senior members of the team and stakeholders from business units throughout MRSNA, to support development and implementation of a data governance and management program. Duties include assistance in defining, developing and documenting methods, responsibilities, processes to standardize, integrate, protect and store data; monitoring and reporting on data quality; maintaining business rules and data dictionaries; organizing, supporting, coordinating and actively participating in data stewardship activities; supporting and assuming specific responsibilities as they relate to master and reference data management and ownership as well as engaging business leaders to steer the evolution the companies' data assets. A successful individual will have a strong foundational business and technical knowledge of data governance and management concepts using both current and emerging best practices and technologies. They will enjoy spending a considerable amount of time rolling up their sleeves to solve problems and an aversion to slow pace of execution and the same old ways of doing things. This role reports to the Data Management and Governance Lead for MRSNA as part of a function that is accountable and responsible for the reliable delivery of data and insights that the business needs to understand performance and adjust strategy and operate smoothly in the face of ambitious growth and changing technology and operating models internally, and a shifting risk and competitive landscape. The Company is open to considering candidates in numerous locations, including New York City (NYC), Princeton (NJ), and Philadelphia (PA). The salary range posted below reflects market variations across various locations. The offer will be adjusted per geography. The base salary range anticipated for this position is $86,600-$138,100, plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. In addition, the company makes available a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). The salary estimate is adjusted to reflect the varying market conditions across different locations, with the with the higher end being more aligned with the NYC job market. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
