The People Analytics Advisor will play a key role within the HR Operations team, responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across key human capital initiatives. This role will partner closely with Recruiting, Employee Engagement team, Total Rewards, and other HR leaders to deliver strategic reporting, actionable insights, and data storytelling that inform workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
With a strong focus on data interpretation, stakeholder reporting, and industry research, this individual will transform complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that support operational efficiency and business goals.
This role reports to the Director of HR Operations.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
*Provide expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of the HR System; Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
*Build and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support HR operations and talent strategies.
*Develop data-driven presentations that highlight workforce trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.
*Stay current on industry trends and analytics best practices to guide talent and operational strategy.
*Serve as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, providing guidance on data interpretation and analytics-informed decision-making.
*Monitor emerging tools and features in people analytics and data technology, recommending enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
*May supervise HR staff
*Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Requirements:
*3+ years experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and extracting data from enterprise HR platforms
*Power BI expertise for visualizations and reporting
*Proficiency in Excel and SQL for advanced data analytics
*Strong ability to identify trends, evaluate risk, and recommend improvements through data.
*Proven experience presenting to HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
*Self-motivated learner who stays up to date on HR tech and analytics innovations.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
*Bachelor's degree with 2 years of increasingly responsible HR analytics experience preferred or high school diploma or GED with 5 years experience as strong HR analytics background required
*Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise, if applicable
*Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
*Effective customer service skills
*Proficient use of applicable technology
*Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
*Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
