Position Summary:

The Director of Analytics and Performance is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading the organization's efforts in data analytics, performance measurement, quality improvement, accreditation, compliance, and workforce training. This role ensures that the organization delivers high-quality care and meets all regulatory and funding requirements. This position will drive a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement across all service lines that improves division performance, enhances clients' experience, and drives net positive business outcomes.

Role Requirements:

  • Master's degree in data and/or technology science, Public Health, Health Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare quality, analytics, or performance improvement.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for advanced data modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Certification in healthcare quality, data analytics, or performance improvement strongly preferred.
  • Experience in behavioral health or community health settings is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in accreditation processes and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages and synthesize complex analyses for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy.

Compensation:

Expected hiring range $90,000 - $105,000 per year. Offers will be based on skills, experience, and alignment with role expectations. Exceptional candidates may be eligible for compensation above the listed range.
