Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Executive Assistant shall provide proficient office management and executive assistant services to support the DATM mission and staff. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure phones are covered during normal business hours (0800 - 1630, Eastern Time, Monday - Friday).
- Draft, proofread and conform DATM and staff documents, presentations, and correspondence to administrative standards.
- Make arrangement for conferences and meetings and assemble established background materials for the DATM and CoS.
- Coordinate teleconference and other AV support for meetings, include staffing and operation of equipment and secure any AV equipment for meetings.
- Maintain and organize the correspondence files and other routine office files, including briefings, visit requests and security clearances.
- Manage logistical arrangements for travel by preparing travel requests and itineraries according to government travel regulations, and reconciling travel vouchers in compliance with the Joint Travel Regulations.
- Manage databases, reports, and tracking systems.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for DATM and CoS; and document routing in DON Tracking system.
- Conduct any research, writing, and presentation material development required to complete these tasks.
- Ability to execute tasks independently, when required.
- Manage inventory and orders for office supplies and equipment, as requested.
- Maintain accurate distribution lists for recurring communications.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements/Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Proven proficiency in office management and executive assistant services.
- An understanding of Navy protocol and/or Navy experience is also preferred.
