**This position is hybrid (4 days on-site) based out of our Indianapolis, IN office**

Who you are

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to support our brokerage team with client relationship management, transaction management, client lease portfolio analysis and financial analysis.

As the Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing proactive, administrative and financial support services.You thrive in a fast-paced environment, perform well under pressure and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks and seeing things through to completion.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease management or transaction management or related experience

  • Strong organizational, process orientation and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Adobe InDesign a plus

Bonus skills and experience

  • Experience working with corporate clients or occupiers of real estate

  • Real estate license in the state of Indiana

What success looks like

  • Support brokers, leadership, clients, and other SMEs to identify opportunities within client portfolio and prepare recommendations communicating findings.

  • Assist with projects and deliverables specific to roll-outs, portfolio evaluations, acquisition, consolidation of information and implementation of process.

  • Maintains property signs inventory. Orders and removes all property signs for the office. Completes signage purchase orders, and marketing budget forms.

  • Help establish protocol and customized templates for each client to include rebate tracker (if applicable), internal co-broker agreements, BOVs, RFPs, and comparison analysis.

  • Responsible for management of the trackers including rebate (if applicable), activity reports, and Approval Exhibits (approvals as required for each transaction).

  • Assistance with creation of RFP responses including compilation of information and graphics for new clients as well as, one off transactions for existing clients.

  • Prepare dashboards for existing and prospective clients on an on-going basis as required for each portfolio.

  • Creation and oversight of all business development deliverables for business development, account communications, or regular presentations.

  • Preparation and management of internal co-broker agreements and confidentiality documentation

  • Overseeing internal management process including Multi-City Assignment forms, invoices, specifically as it pertains to each account
