Core Responsibilities:



  • Utilizes ERP to develop and communicate production schedule by ensuring schedule is accurately reflected in the ERP system and the cell communication boards.
  • Assures internal and external customer requirements are met in accordance with the Production Schedule.
  • Track progress of jobs from launch through completion and support operations with expediting as required.
  • Assist production supervision with level loading workcenter schedules, maintaining throughput objectives and balancing the line.
  • Maintain Line-of-Balance tracking for critical programs.
  • Track performance to monthly forecast including risks and opportunities.
  • Liaison between operations and customer service, ensuring customer service has accurate delivery dates and timely notification of delays.
  • Analyze component consumption rates and maintain system parameters & safety stock accordingly.
  • Works closely with Purchasing to ensure vendors delivery date is aligned with the needs of the business.
  • Ensures incoming orders, shipments, material transactions and other logistics activities are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Qualifications:



  • 5 plus years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in the Aerospace industry.
  • ERP / MRP Experience required, Syteline 9 experience preferred
  • Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience with Power BI a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize workload as conflicts arise and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Balance customer needs while protecting the interests of the company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a constantly changing environment. Adaptability & flexibility are critical in this role
  • Candidate must be able to work well in both a team environment and across various departmental functions within the company.



Education Requirements:

  • BS Degree Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
