ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a Requirements Management Lead to support an enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) project. You'll guide the requirements workstream and ensure alignment between client goals and technical implementation. This role includes daily collaboration with internal and client teams, regular communication across stakeholders, and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. LOCATION

Remote - with occasional travel as directed by the client.

(Candidates must reside in the United States and meet clearance eligibility requirements)

WHO YOU ARE



  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and communicating functional and technical requirements.
  • Comfortable creating project artifacts such as SOPs, user stories, and use cases.
  • Able to ramp up quickly and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client engagement skills and ability to lead through influence.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and general project management principles; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Have 6+ years of federal financial management experience, including 3+ years in federal accounting
  • Hold a master's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business Management, or a relevant certification (CPA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM)


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Lead the requirements management workstream across project phases
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Facilitate client discussions, gather feedback, and track evolving needs
  • Develop and manage artifacts supporting system implementation
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure clear translation of requirements into actions
  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation
  • Analyze data to inform project planning and delivery


COMPENSATION: As required by applicable law, St. Michael's Inc. provides reasonable pay ranges for remote positions based on labor market conditions in locations where compensation transparency is required. The base pay range for this remote position is $110,000 - $140,000. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
