We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join our onsite team in Troy, Ohio. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the financial health of our business while providing outstanding service to our commercial customers.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Making 50-60 outbound B2B collection calls daily in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Managing and maintaining your assigned commercial accounts
  • Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, short payments, and account issues
  • Processing customer refunds and account adjustments
  • Collaborating with sales and senior management to accelerate the B2B collection process when necessary
  • Supporting the overall success of the Accounts Receivable team



What We're Looking For:


  • 3-5 years of high-volume B2B collections experience
  • Solid understanding of billing and B2B collections procedures
  • Accounts Receivable knowledge is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a commitment to results
