STV is seeing a Planning Manager - Tolling, Transportation for the Transportation Group. Position Overview STV is seeking an experienced, dynamic Planning Manager with Tolling Expertise to join our expanding Transportation West Division. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and deliver transformative transportation and tolling projects throughout the Western U.S., with a strategic focus on California, and important emphasis on Oregon and Washington markets. The role may also support projects originating from our growing national Planning and Advisory Services group. While the role primarily serves the Western region, it offers the flexibility to be based from any location with an STV office. As a Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping regional and statewide transportation strategies, including congestion pricing, toll policy development, equity frameworks, and advanced mobility solutions. You will work directly with public agencies and private sector clients to design and implement forward-thinking, equitable, and sustainable transportation solutions. Compensation Range: $128,289.89 - $171,053.19Don't meet every single requirement?
