What You'll Bring:

  • The ability to articulate sophisticated messaging around our solutions, analytics, industry trends, and TransUnion's value proposition to industry leaders
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, sales and/or partnerships at a bank or Fintech; communicating with all levels of the buying organization
  • Solid understanding of data (credit, fraud and marketing) and solutions, and the problems they help our clients solve
  • The enthusiasm to successfully navigate a matrixed environment; facilitating teamwork with various internal stakeholders to best serve our customers' interests
  • The ability to navigate a highly complex client and apply sophisticated integrated solutions
  • The embodiment of trust while managing complex relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers
  • Financial services industry expertise (banking, fintech, credit risk, Fraud, marketing and analytics)
  • Savvy Project Management and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably business related, or equivalent experience
  • Availability for purposeful travel

Impact You'll Make:

  • Responsible for revenue expansion through upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage QBRs and Executive read outs
  • Collaborate with TransUnion matrix partners in overall management of accounts to ensure client satisfaction
  • Consult with product owners and matrix partners for opportunity development
  • Responsible for product implementation work with client
  • Responsible for updating various aspects of the sales opportunity in SalesForce
  • Communicate with client users on a regular cadence to identify gaps in product usage or resolve issues
  • Responsible for gathering Voice of Client feedback (competitive insight, use cases)
  • The account manager is responsible for 2 of TransUnion's largest Fintech clients.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $65,100.00 - $101,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
