Position Overview

The Lead Cologuard Business Monitoring and Response Manager plays a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and operational performance across the order-to-cash process. This role is responsible for monitoring business metrics, coordinating response efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely insights and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate response efforts to address operational issues and business needs.
  • Support governance processes by preparing materials and facilitating cross-functional discussions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices in business monitoring and response.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and tools in data analytics and operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain trusting and effective partnerships and successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels to include Customer and Digital Experience, Market Access, Revenue Cycle, IT, Marketing, Commercial, and Health Systems / HIT.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.

  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 70% of a typical working day.
  • Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location; may include overnight/weekend travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, analytics, or project coordination.
  • 1+ years of product or project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cancer diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or preventive health markets.
  • Exposure to order-to-cash processes or revenue cycle operations.
  • Experience in the healthcare or biotechnology industry.

Salary Range:

$109,000.00 - $185,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on an annual basis.
