Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The contributions you will make: Responsible for furthering the Compliance Management System by developing and executing the testing and monitoring program to evaluate the effectiveness of established organizational internal controls to comply with applicable regulatory requirements. - li",201340122,"2",134233614,"true",469778129,"ulli",335572020,"1",469778324,"Normal"]}">Assists the Principal Compliance Program Officer in developing and implementing a comprehensive lending compliance testing and monitoring program to assess the organization's compliance with internal compliance processes and existing and/or new regulatory requirements.
- Executes the testing and monitoring program. Develops a scope and objective that includes regulatory requirements within the compliance risk assessment.
- Develops compliance testing methodologies to be utilized across the organization.
- Completes reviews timely and adequately documents the evaluation of effectiveness of internal controls.
- Maintains strong working knowledge of Federal regulations, applicable to the areas of the organization being tested.
- Maintains working knowledge of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Exam Procedures and Farm Credit Association Exam Procedures for areas of review being tested. Completes testing and monitoring that incorporates applicable regulatory exam procedures.
- Identifies and validates issues during the testing and monitoring in order to conclude on the effectiveness of controls to comply with the organization's policies or applicable regulatory requirements. Discusses potential corrective action with the business and provide recommendations for action plans.
- Reports results of compliance testing and monitoring to team and other senior leaders. Engages with various business teams as necessary regarding issue identification, root cause analysis and remediation, with recommended time tables for corrective action. Tracks and reports on corrective action progress.
- Tracks findings and resolutions of compliance issues identified from the testing and monitoring program; monitors corrective action plans are properly executed in order to mitigate compliance-related risk to the organization.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
Base Pay $66,000 - $99,700 USD
