Job SummaryResponsible for the daily execution, facilitation, and coordination of activities for Luminare Health Benefits' Information Security Program. Participates in risk management by evaluating current conditions, systems and practices within IT and across the company to inform the Information Security dashboard and, as appropriate, develop and maintain effective practices to identify, document, isolate, deter, defend against threats, and orchestrate remediation efforts. Works with IT business partners to drive the design, implementation, operation, and remediation activities of industry accepted control frameworks (NIST CSF, COBIT, HITRUST, etc.) in support of established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.* Bachelor's Degree and 4 - 6 years of related experience * Experience/knowledge of industry accepted control frameworks (NIST CSF, COBIT, HITRUST, etc.) * Understanding of IT / IS concepts and how to articulate those in terms of risk. * Hands-on experience with coordinating and facilitating internal and external audits and assessments, coordinate and facilitate HITRUST certification and re-certification activities, third party vendor management, and responding to external third party requests. * Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to various technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience with and understanding of overall GRC concepts. * Collaborate well with individuals across the business and IT, as well as at all levels of the organization. * Interpret internal or external business issues and recommends best practices * Take initiative to solve complex problems; takes an "outside -in" perspective to identify innovative solutions * Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations * This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned # LI-NV1 #LI-Remote Are you being referred to one of our roles?
