CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems and Technology contract. This role is responsible for the daily management of the engagement, including staff supervision, strategic planning, and client relationship management. The Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact at the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) level and ensure all contract objectives are met with excellence and efficiency.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of all contract activities, ensuring alignment with USCG mission objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of project staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to contract requirements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with USCG stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide strategic guidance and technical insight as needed.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Provide general business consulting services to support the USCG's ISR initiatives and operational goals.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience
  • At least 8 years of IT project management experience in any government agency. Experience must include demonstrated knowledge and ability to implement known project management tools and methodologies such as AGILE project management and other tools identified in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK).
  • At least 8 years of IT portfolio/program management support to any government agency. Experience must include demonstrated knowledge and ability to implement known business modernization tools such as strategic business roadmaps, portfolio and program management plans, and business case analysis to support government working groups and portfolio managers.
  • Must also possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Must be a US citizen with a TOP SECRET/SCI level security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting defense-related programs.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $210,000 annually.
