Summary: The Master Scheduler is responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting on real property assets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient portfolio management. Key responsibilities include inventory tracking, portfolio maintenance, and data analysis. This role is contingent upon the successful award of a government contract. Compensation will be determined based on industry standards, candidate experience, and salary expectations to ensure fairness and transparency.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Real Property Management
- Coordinate and participate in real property management activities, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Develop and update a monthly Real Property Management Report to track program assets and ensure their effective utilization.
- Maintain inventory records and update all real property documentation in the official financial system of record.
- Ensure accountability for all Government real property assets associated with Border Patrol and Air & Marine.
- Portfolio Management
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of facilities portfolio information in TRIRIGA (or any replacement system).
- Ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly reviewed for completeness.
- Update portfolio data following Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), Master Plans, and new construction projects.
- Assist personnel across the organization with reporting, validating, and updating portfolio information.
- Ensure all owned assets have a current replacement value and Facility Condition Index (FCI).
- Track square footage and space use, providing reports as needed.
- Portfolio Analysis
- Develop and manage a database containing essential facility and operational data, including:
- Regional information
- Border distance & activity
- Facility operations & characteristics
- Energy & water usage metrics
- Financial tracking & maintenance needs
- Utilize multiple data sources such as TRIRIGA, master plans, and government records to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare standardized reports for distribution at intervals determined by the Government.
- Track real property asset validation and record cleanup activities within TRIRIGA.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Expertise in real property management and portfolio tracking.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in TRIRIGA or other real property systems.
- Ability to maintain financial accountability and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree and (minimum) 10 or more years in real property management and portfolio tracking
- Experience in facility operations and maintenance tracking.
- S. Citizenship required
- Must participate in a federal background investigation
- Clearance: Public Trust
