What You'll Do:

  • Serves as team leader
  • Provides day-to-day directions and guidance to assigned technicians.
  • Works with individual technicians as required to assess specific vehicles and determine detailing, painting, repair and other requirements.
  • Provides technical advice and coaching.
  • Monitors performance to ensure vehicles meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Reviews and approves ordering and disposition of parts, supplies and materials.
  • Ensures Reconditioning processes and activities are conducted in a manner that delivers desired outcomes and at the same time, adheres to cost and budget guidelines.
  • Models safety behaviors and ensures technicians comply with all health, safety and environment requirements.


Who You Are:

You've got an eye for detail and a knack for checking and cross-checking your own work as well as others'. You're decisive, respectful, and fair. You also have the following qualifications:

Minimum:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.


Preferred:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • An associate degree, BA/BS or certification.

USD 26.06 - 39.13 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $26.06 - $39.13/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
