Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation, equity administration, various HR/Finance processes, and customer service. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the full spectrum of compensation processes, including merit and performance cycles, market benchmarking, and equity programs. Additionally, the Compensation Analyst will be responsible for ensuing accurate preparation of key budgets related to these processes and lead the submission of market survey data. A critical focus of the role will be to collaborate across teams to streamline and automate market analyses and equity processes, enhancing both accuracy and insight. Lastly, the Compensation Analyst should have a strong emphasis on customer relations as they will be supporting day-to-day administration of compensation and equity programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of compensation cycles, including merit, performance, and goal-setting processes.
  • Ensure the effective functioning of compensation systems by supporting, troubleshooting, designing, implementing, and testing key Workday updates.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present budget reports related to annual merit adjustments.
  • Oversee the submission and analysis of market survey benchmark data to maintain competitive compensation offerings.
  • Collaborate with Incentive Compensation teams to streamline and enhance compensation analysis performed for key stakeholders.
  • Enhance pro-forma processes for HR Partners and Hiring Managers.
  • Lead the replacement and implementation of compensation tools to provide real-time insights for both compensation and incentive programs.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on compensation and equity plans.
  • Manage data and reporting in various systems (Fidelity, Mercer, and Workday) to support day-to-day activities and strategic decision-making
  • Manage ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) reconciliations and eligibility reviews.
  • Automate and improve the equity letter process to increase efficiency and actionable insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in compensation and equity administration operations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Generally, 3 - 5 years of experience in HR analysis, compensation, and equity administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compensation tools, and market analysis
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
