Job Description: VAS Aero Services is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically-minded candidate who can build and maintain a confident relationship with the customer, across all customer organizations.

Your Challenges: Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow VAS's position in the aftermarket sector and expand relationships with key end-users. Drive VAS's core competencies in aircraft and engine trading and inventory redistribution to support our global customer base. Primary Responsibilities: Developing aircraft, engine, and inventory opportunities for monetizing through strategic market/sales channels: 50%
Manage and work closely with other departments for the end-to-end aircraft and engine trading process, including asset value evaluation, internal approval, bidding process, technical oversight, and stakeholder management. Building customized and comprehensive solutions to meet customer expectations
Overseeing key account customers for new business creation and relationship management: 30%
Coordinate new and on-going customer requirements with management, sales, marketing, and other applicable divisions. Manage overall customer communication/reporting to ensure consistency
Conduct market analysis to identify and develop new business strategies and service offerings: 15%
Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned: 5%
Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder interaction, and timely completion. Ensure thorough understanding of Airbus and Satair organization and relevant compliance requirements. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least the English language, enabling effective interaction and collaboration with internal divisions, management stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
