We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Acquisition Analyst to serve as the lead program analyst for programs in an Army rapid prototyping organization. In this role you will provide acquisition and program management support to Project Office leadership and assigned personnel in the development of advanced technology prototypes and you will be responsible for input into all Simplified Acquisition Management Plans (SAMPs). In addition to this acquisition role, you will perform project management analysis related to cost, schedule, and performance. Responsibilities include: Support acquisition management activities, including: Product Support Management SAMP Development Planning Programing Budgeting and Execution (PBBE) Development and Monitoring Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) Development and Monitoring Statement of Work (SOW) Development Support to Program Spend Plan Development Support to Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) Support to Test Evaluation Management Plan (TEMP) Track and analyze project cost, schedule, and performance metrics Assist in the development of project documentation, including spend plans, transition agreements, decision briefings, and reports for senior leadership Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), technology transition working groups, and milestone reviews.
