We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Operations Analyst to serve as the Chief of Operations for an Army rapid prototyping organization. In this role you will provide operations and administrative management support to Project Office leadership and assigned personnel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide senior principal level recommendations to taskings, and requests from internal and external oces, agencies, and directorates
  • Develop processes and procedures for sta actions to improve organizational efficiencies
  • Manage and review calendar changes and/or updates for eective schedule planning.
  • Manage and review SharePoint tools in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provided guidance
  • Manage and Review Department of the Army Taskings through the Tasking Management Tool (TMT) database
  • Prepare read ahead (RAH) briefing materials
  • Schedule face to face meetings, conference rooms, teleconferences, and video teleconferences (VTC)
  • Coordinate with internal and external stas for completion of tasks, and updates to mission critical points of reference
  • Serve as the Project Office's Building Facilities Manager, responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of the building for all assigned personnel.

Required

  • BS or BA degree
  • 15 years of experience in logistics and operations management
  • Experience with DoD acquisition programs and processes
  • Experience with DoD rapid prototyping
  • Must have an in-scope DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
