Software QA Test Lead LOCATION: REMOTE
Target Compensation: Capped at $150,000 Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and detailed reports on defects, including steps to reproduce and potential impact.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration (CI) pipeline.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using established defect tracking tools.
- Create detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Focusing on software engineering projects with a focus on Quality Assurance testing and deployment.
- Execute manual and automated tests to verify the functionality, reliability, and performance of software applications
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT
- Shall possess strong application testing and validation experience, including (at least 3 years) of experience testing and evaluating production enterprise applications in AWS or other cloud environments.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or Engineering
- Shall have testing and evaluating applications which were developed and deployed using non-waterfall methods, Agile is preferred.
- Shall have Selenium automation testing experience and perform web-based testing analysis.
