Join our Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers team at Children's Village! Our team is comprised of a diverse group of dedicated professionals that incorporate many general and specialty lines of service. We have a strong mentorship program and encourage new graduates to apply.

Our team enjoys the following aspects of working:

  • Serve children 0-18 years of age.
  • Provide in-person services in the outpatient clinic setting as well as in the home/community settings. Pending experience, services may also be provided in the hospital.
  • As part of our Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers Program (ESIT) team there are educational opportunities to further skills in relationship-based practice.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, early childhood educators, nurses, and behavioral therapists.
  • Paid mileage reimbursement.
  • Premiums may be available for bilingual candidate.

Children's Village is a neurodevelopmental center providing over 30 different specialty services to children with special healthcare needs. FTE: 1.0 (40 Hours), Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Position Summary

Provides individualized and developmentally appropriate family-centered services to children with special needs, age birth to three. Collaborates with families, other early childhood professionals and community resources to provide support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.

  • 1 year of experience in Early Intervention education preferred.

  • Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required. Washington State Teaching Certificate required. Early Childhood and Special Education endorsement preferred.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $27.09 - $38.99 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
