Production Management Engineer Consultant The Production Management Engineer is responsible for providing assistance with supporting the enterprise strategy through the development and execution of strategic initiatives and analytics tools. Utilizing and integrating various data sources to provide organization leaders understandable and actionable analyses to accomplish specific strategic and business objectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. - Support the implementation of the Performance Measurement - Reporting vision and strategy.
- Provide data analysis expertise in support of business units and continuous improvement activities.
- Facilitates projects and initiatives that are small in complexity with minimal guidance.
- Analyze and translate requirements into initiative specifications.
- Authors and presents to leaders, the value and quality provided to the organization through departmental tools, strategies or best practices.
- Advises ways to expand usage of tools on projects and other initiatives.
- Executes daily, weekly and monthly strategic tools accurately and on time ensuring efficient processes are followed and control steps are in place that minimizes risk to the deliverable.
- Identify, enhance, efficiently collect, and consolidate core models and tools.
- Facilitate problem resolution for any metrics and is the focal point for coordination with metrics support within business units and directly to operational managers.
- Ensure quality and integrity of the operational source and financial data that feeds strategic tools.
- Provide ongoing support of the daily and monthly Service Company dashboard and reporting activities.
- Facilitate the review and identification of new or existing key performance metrics with each of the business units managers.
- Actively support and engage with business units by supporting initiatives through subject matter expertise.
- Provide reporting, monitoring, and documentation of department and analytic processes.
- Support corporate / department initiatives as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business or Technology
- 2 years of data analysis
- 2 years of experience in project management and implementation
- 2 years of leading and assisting team projects
- 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Project
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
