Position Description

- This position will support the Global Head of Employee Engagement, the UK Site team and Internal Communications for exposure into each important area

- The Intern will partner on aspects of Employee Engagement - culture, diversity and inclusion working on special projects and day-to-day tasks.

- This will be a 7 week internship beginning in July 2025

- Design, publish and maintain internal news and information SharePoint pages employing QIAGEN branding principles

- Update Diversity & Inclusion SharePoint

- Assist in Diversity & Inclusion activities and the communities

- Assist the UK site team to deliver key projects

- Work on events and activities associated with EMPOWER - our cultural program

- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the business

- You will also have the opportunity to work closely with Communication teams across the company to learn how Internal Company communications operate


Position Requirements

- Experienced with Microsoft Office packages, including SharePoint

- Business fluent in English

- High level of initiative and motivation


Personal Requirements

- Good communication skills

- Flexible in approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
