Progyny is seeking a Member Growth Marketing Associate to support the execution of acquisition and engagement campaigns across our suite of product offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaign execution and content development in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive member acquisition and engagement, with tailored messaging for diverse populations.

  • Assist in managing and updating scalable marketing assets such as email templates, flyers, landing pages, and toolkits.

  • Assist in the development and coordination of content for monthly thematic campaigns.

  • Manage the public educational webinar schedule, including drafting discussion outlines, sourcing and coordinating speakers, and developing promotional assets.

  • Own the organization and tracking of member testimonials for use in member-facing marketing and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on advocacy initiatives.

  • Contribute to the setup and implementation of user testing, supporting data collection and organization of key insights.

  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices in digital health, bringing fresh thinking to your work.

Who You Are

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field-ideally in a B2C or B2B2C environment.

  • You're a clear, thoughtful communicator who's comfortable writing and editing content.

  • You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving projects.

  • You're curious and collaborative, excited to learn and contribute across content, creative, and campaign workstreams.

  • You're motivated by purpose-driven work and want to help people access products and services that improve their well-being.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $50,000 - 60,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
