About the Role:

As a Salesforce engineer in the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice area, you will collaborate with team members in guiding digital transformation through transformation and optimization initiatives.

Serving as a salesforce engineer,, your day-to-day role as a NYSTEC consultant will be to support multiple clients with their planned and existing implementations of salesforce-based low/no-code solutions. The project will include design, component, and capacity planning, as well as hands-on configuration and coding of Salesforce-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business leaders to develop and execute strategies that respond to industry trends and support business objectives.
  • Translate business strategies into actionable plans and technology solutions.
  • Engage with and build lasting relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Assist with developing Salesforce-based solutions that address changing business and operating models.
  • Visualize future states and initiate a proper SDLC for Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Communicate the value and services of Salesforce-based enterprise architecture solutions effectively.
  • Mentor and coach other Salesforce architects, product owners/managers, and business stakeholders, fostering a culture of sharing and architectural thinking.
  • Ensure that security and compliance considerations are integrated into all aspects of proposed solutions.


About You:
Required Qualifications

  • Ten years of experience working with Salesforce and at least five years of experience with Salesforce-based consulting.


Education and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline and 10 years of experience working with Salesforce.
