The Role in Brief: Associate Director, Content Marketing (Thought Leadership & Research Focus) Seramount's marketing team is looking for an entrepreneurial content creator and researcher to develop original thought leadership content that will generate demand for Seramount's growing set of talent solutions and increase overall awareness of the Seramount brand with Chief HR Officers and their teams. This person will develop research agendas, lead research projects, and create short and long-form content (white papers, blogs, case studies, infographics, etc.) that address the major strategic, "up at night" issues facing corporate HR leaders. You connect the dots between our products, findings from our data analytics team, and our partner pain points to create compelling and differentiated narratives. This position is open to hires in Washington, D.C.; Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment within the continental U.S. Primary Responsibilities: Lead research projects from conception to completion, providing intellectual leadership and analytical direction throughout all stages of the research process, working through primary and secondary research, hypothesis generation and testing, rigorous analysis of findings, design and execution of implementation resources, and the final presentation and packaging of ideas. This role is comfortable engaging with senior level clients and internal stakeholders, moderating panel discussions at events and presenting their research as an expert.

Compensation: The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $65,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
