Position Summary Kimball International is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support the execution and continuous improvement of digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, and content platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping a seamless, on-brand user experience by managing website updates, digital asset organization, and campaign execution across multiple digital touchpoints. As a member of the brand marketing team, the Digital Marketing Analyst collaborates cross-functionally to ensure product and campaign content is timely, accessible, and aligned with business goals. This role also contributes to social media strategy and execution, supports field sales and dealer partners with digital brand consistency, and plays an active role in reporting performance insights. A mix of creative thinking, attention to detail, and analytical curiosity is essential to success. This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and is part of the Kimball International Brand Marketing team. Responsibilities * Manage website content updates and product feature refreshes within Salesforce Commerce Cloud * Organize and maintain digital assets using Cloudinary to support campaign efficiency and brand consistency * Support SEO optimization and implement accessibility best practices across digital platforms * Execute and maintain landing pages, campaign pages, and other customer-facing content to ensure brand alignment * Plan, schedule, and execute organic social media content across platforms, guiding creative direction and messaging tone * Partner with field sales and dealer partners to ensure brand standards are maintained across external social media channels * Analyze digital marketing performance, including website activity, social engagement, and campaign outcomes * Generate and present reports that translate marketing data into actionable insights * Coordinate closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, IT, and trade marketing to support integrated campaigns * Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices to support team growth and effectiveness Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent work experience * 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or content management role * Proficiency with website content management systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred) * Experience with digital asset management platforms such as Cloudinary * Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and accessibility guidelines * Familiarity with web and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) * Strong organizational and communication skills * Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects Desired Attributes * Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement * Eye for design and user experience * Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment * Attention to detail balanced with a strong sense of initiative * Experience supporting brand consistency across partner or dealer networks |
