POSITION SUMMARY: CPG is looking for a results-driven Digital Transformation Manager to identify inefficiencies, design optimized workflows, and implement automation solutions that enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve both employee and customer experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in process improvement, digital tools, and change management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Process Analysis & Gap Identification:

    • Conduct end-to-end process reviews across departments.
    • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
    • Engage stakeholders to understand pain points and gather requirements.




  • Workflow Design & Documentation:

    • Create detailed process maps and documentation using Visio or other platforms.
    • Redesign workflows to align with business goals and best practices.




  • Automation & Digital Enablement:

    • Implement automation solutions using platforms such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, CoPilot.




  • Change Management & Training:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
    • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end users.




  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

    • Define KPIs and track performance improvements post-implementation.
    • Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.





QUALIFICATIONS :



  • 5-8 years in business process improvement, automation, or digital transformation roles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, project management and critical thinking skills.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP are a plus.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow tools, and automation platforms.
  • Microsoft Platform experience including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, CoPilot
  • Working experience with CRM/ERP platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and Data Analytics Platforms (NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • 25% Travel



Education/Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in any of the following specialties: Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.



Computer Skills:



  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working experience in CRM/ERP (NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics 365), Data Analytics Platforms (NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
  • Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, CoPilot (Platform exp)

Pay Range: $96,011 - $144,070 per year
