The CoverMyMeds Commercial Finance team is hiring for a Financial Analyst. This position will play a key role in financial reporting, communicating key business insights and driving collaboration between FP&A, Commercial and Product organizations to ensure alignment on operating expense management. You'll work closely with your team members, cross-functional partners and senior leadership to support the Commercial and Product organizations from a financial perspective.

* Candidate must reside in the Columbus area to support a hybrid work scenario. Position provides work-from-home flexibility with occasional in-office time.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare timely, relevant, and accurate monthly reports to communicate financial performance and key business insights to senior leadership.

  • Be a strategic business partner to the Commercial and Product organization by attending monthly meetings with business leaders, providing financial analysis, reporting and forecasting insights.

  • Work cross-functionally with FP&A team to provide operating & CAPEX expense and variance analysis/reporting, KPI's and ad-hoc analysis.

  • Manage loading budget and forecast adjustments into our planning system.

  • Maintain forecasting, budgeting, and actual performance models.

  • Manage commercial organization hiring plans.

  • Identifying trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for actions and improvements

  • Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis

About You:

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has strong communication and analytical skills as well as finance expertise. Success in this role requires a proactive and hands-on professional who thrives in a high-growth, ever-changing, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a similar field or equivalent

  • 4+ years of relative experience in Financial Planning Analysis, Accounting or Financial Analytics roles

Critical Skills:

  • Strategic and analytical thinker, with the ability to quickly find patterns in data and interpret the impact of key business drivers.

  • Superior problem-solving and strong financial acumen, coupled with broad business/operations experience.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and prioritize.

  • Confident and able to be influential and assertive.

  • Customer centric with good empathy and social skills to work with cross-functional partners.

  • Energetic, flexible team player with the ability to adapt to changing environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across functional groups and producing high-quality deliverables supporting business decisions.

  • Business Intelligence tool experience (SAC) a plus

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to collaborate with and support senior leaders in monthly meetings

  • Experience with high growth and/or technology companies preferred

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$75,800 - $126,300
