Parent Engagement Coordinator in Wichita, KS. This position earns a competitive wage of
up to $19.23 per hour. This position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with approximately 10 evening hours per week and occasional weekend work.

KCSL is an equal opportunity employer. JOB SUMMARY The Parent Engagement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing the Circle of Parents (COP) Program in Sedgwick County, Kansas. The coordinator develops successful collaborations and partnerships with agencies, churches, schools, government agencies, and business leaders in the community who provide services and support to families to assist in strengthening families and promoting the "five protective factors" for the prevention of child abuse and neglect. The responsibilities will include facilitating and developing support groups in the community, providing on-going support for the groups, providing supervision and support of any trained support group Facilitators/Parent Leaders/Volunteers and developing strong partnerships and collaborations in the communities where the support groups are established and providing support for the Parent Leadership Conference.
