As a Lead Employment Counselor you will assist MFIP program participants who are faced with severe barriers to employment move into the workforce and gain self-sufficiency. The position maintains an active caseload, develops relationships for the purpose of placements/training, and gives work direction and provides key partnership coordination for all Employment Counselors (MFIP) related to case management and troubleshooting. Education
Bachelors (preferred)
Experience
3 years: Human Service Program Supervision or Leadership (required)
