The starting base salary range for a Quality and Audit Analyst is $45,000 to $60,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and internal tenure and equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance. Quality and Audit Analyst Overview: The Quality and Audit Analyst I works in collaboration with the team to conduct audit and quality reviews assigned by leadership. This role participates in the coordination and oversite of dental quality review and reporting while working with the team to ensure compliance regarding all attestation requirements. This role seeks out subject matter experts as needed to ensure data is being reported as required, conducts audits as required keeping leadership and team apprised of all audit results on a routine basis. This role contributes to establishing the department as a center of excellence through improved efficiency and performance. Essential Duties:
