The starting base salary range for a Quality and Audit Analyst is $45,000 to $60,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and internal tenure and equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.

Quality and Audit Analyst Overview:

The Quality and Audit Analyst I works in collaboration with the team to conduct audit and quality reviews assigned by leadership. This role participates in the coordination and oversite of dental quality review and reporting while working with the team to ensure compliance regarding all attestation requirements. This role seeks out subject matter experts as needed to ensure data is being reported as required, conducts audits as required keeping leadership and team apprised of all audit results on a routine basis. This role contributes to establishing the department as a center of excellence through improved efficiency and performance.

Essential Duties:



  • Conducts and tracks audits, communicates quality and audit results, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure adherence to standards while identifying areas for improvement
  • Meets all requirement standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, and identifies process improvements
  • Communicates dental oversite reporting to leadership and cascades essential information including key initiatives, strategies and updates on critical deliverables
  • Helps meet budget requirements by monitoring impact on the department and making recommendations for cost-saving solutions
  • Informs management on prominent issues and status updates related to day to day, project, personnel, and other critical topics
  • Updates all workflows and standard operating procedures as assigned
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Experience with data tracking and analysis
  • Knowledge of documentation management and time management with the ability to multi-task and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, Project, Visio, and SharePoint skills
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to routinely communicate with leaders and teammates about audit status


Required Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience or equivalent military experience
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Program and process management experience


Preferred Education and Experience



  • Working knowledge of mandates as well as dental and scorecard requirements
  • Project management (PMP or PgMP) certification
  • Insurance industry experience
