Position Summary The Supervisor Training Records oversees the tracking of training requirements and completions for JetBlue training using a customer-focused approach. Under the guidance of the Manager Training Records, the Supervisor will collaborate closely with JetBlue University (JBU) Colleges, the Safety team, compliance teams throughout JetBlue, and external regulatory bodies to ensure that records are accurately maintained according to guidance provided by JetBlue and/or external regulatory agency requirements as appropriate. Essential Responsibilities
- Organizes the resources and day-to-day processes required to ensure accurate entry of training completion records in the JetBlue training management system, assignment of training requirements to crewmembers and business partners according to their position and/or qualifications
- Guides the Records team in the maintenance of training resource data, including, but not limited to, Learners, Courses, Instructors, Rooms, and Devices in the training management system
- Oversees processes to audit the validity of training records
- Ensures availability of training compliance data to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborates with the training scheduling team to ensure that they have the necessary information to ensure learners are scheduled according to position/qualification requirements.
- Assists with documentation of training records maintenance processes, and ensures that these processes are executed consistently
- Assists in promoting the evolution and efficiency of the records maintenance processes using technology resources and process design
- Supports the delivery of an exceptional learner experience.
- Supervises team of records personnel to ensure the tracking of training requirements and completions for training using a customer-focused approach.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- Three (3) years of logistical, planning, or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and consult with internal customers and colleagues to drive business results
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Available for overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Four (4) years of logistical, planning or related experience
- Three (3) years' training records experience
- Regulatory or airline experience
- Experience as a power user of a Training/Learning Management System (especially MINT Training Management System or similar)

- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
