The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Data Analytics is part of our Supply Chain and working in a critical role, you will lead initiatives to transform data into actionable insights, drive operational efficiency, and support decision-making across the global supply chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Planning, Procurement, and IT to identify opportunities for optimization and implement advanced analytical tools and models. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in supply chain data systems, and passionate about leveraging data to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within Logistics and Distribution
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize inventory management, transportation, distribution, and other supply chain processes
- Track and standardize the cost of all logistics partners (from forwarders to domestic carriers)
- Identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain, including workflow optimization and data integration
- Develop and run real-time cost comparisons & exceptions on logistics shipping options against standards with partner-cost variances alert system to support decision-making (including inland moves out of the DC, 5th moves, and drop ships)
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and identify areas for further optimization
- Manage chargeback processes, including inquiries, fact-finding, reporting, and entry into the NE chargeback system for non-compliance issues identified between Distribution and Logistics and external vendors or partners
- Work with various departments (e.g., Transportation, Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, Business Intelligence, IT) to ensure alignment and implementation of data-driven solutions
- Create, prepare, and present reports on supply chain performance, transportation and distribution metrics, and strategic initiatives to business verticals, departmental stakeholders, and senior management
- Utilize supply chain optimization software and analytical tools to analyze data and develop solutions
- Conduct end-to-end supply chain analysis to support network design, inventory strategy, and transportation planning
- Support digital transformation projects and automation initiatives across the supply chain
- Keep all sensitive matters confidential
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills, data visualization, and proficiency in supply chain optimization software and tools, proficiency with Tableau a bonus
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic supply chain plans.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, and transportation
Travel Requirement
- The location for this position is PA at Carlise then Burnville
- 50%+ (Domestic - primarily HQ, Buffalo, NY)

The salary range for this posted position is $95,000 - $125,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Pennsylvania.
