Hours & Pay:

Shift: 1st shift with at least 2 nights per week required (until 9:00 PM)

Pay: $15.00 per hour + monthly bonus potential

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing:

• Make outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts and collect outstanding balances
• Achieve individual and team collection goals set by management
• Negotiate and establish payment arrangements and follow up on commitments
• Perform skip tracing and account research to locate debtors
• Accurately document interactions and status updates in the system
• Stay in compliance with FDCPA and all regulatory standards
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need to Bring:

• At least 2 years of customer service/collections experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills
• Comfort with working independently and managing time effectively
• Availability to complete training and work 40 hours per week, including two evenings
• Familiarity with FDCPA regulations and basic computer skills preferred
• A goal-oriented, motivated attitude and a desire to grow in a results-based environment
