Job Description About the Job Rare Disease, HCP Drive creative excellence as an Art Supervisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative art direction for assigned clients. Through partnering with copy counterparts, you will develop unique concepts, designs and layouts, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and objectives. In addition, you will lead junior art team members to foster talent growth, and present creative work to internal teams and clients. With expertise in art direction, strategic thinking and creative execution, you will elevate our agency's design standards, maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence. $100,000 - $130,000 The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
