Primary Responsibilities:



  • Prepare liquid, solid, and other required formulations, and prototypes according to instructions.
  • Prepare analytical samples and operate analytical instruments according to SOPs and instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Independently conduct material characterization and prototype testing, according to SOPs and instructions.
  • Handle pure nicotine according to SOP; prepare nicotine solution according to instructions.
  • Working on different material processing, following instructions as per SOP.
  • Assist Principal Scientists with prototyping and 3D printing.
  • Assist in the installation and routine maintenance of instruments, apparatus, and equipment.
  • Upon request, independently conduct literature survey, create design of experiments, execute according to the plan, and summarize results.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to conduct chemistry, ingredient handling, material processing, and testing experiments.


Requirements :



  • Degree (BS minimum) in chemistry, materials science, polymer engineering, chemical engineering, or related scientific and engineering discipline.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and willing to work on routine assignments.
  • Ability to write procedures.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new techniques and develop new skills.
  • Ability to develop new methods and test new matrices.
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
