Job Description: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Engaged oversight of employee benefits, wellbeing and compensation programs that aim to enhance the overall employee experience. Manages and administers all benefit and compensation processes, including benefit renewals, market pricing exercises, merit cycles, incentive plan administration, and wellbeing program. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the administration of benefit programs to include but not limited to, health, dental and vision insurance, consumer direct plans, retirement plans, life & disability insurance, health savings account, flexible spending, leave management, worker's compensation and other related employee benefit programs. Administration of compensation policies and plans including, survey participation, market reviews, salary & job description administration, annual merit review, commission plans, bonus structures and annual incentive plan. Develop and execute Wellbeing program to include employee education and events. Management of employee accommodation requests. Ensure compliance with relevant federal and state labor laws and regulations. Oversee management and resolution of employee benefit and leave inquiries. Create and maintain relevant reporting and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Keep abreast of compensation and benefits trends, benchmark and best practices. Evaluate and enhance internal procedures to improve efficiency and outcomes. Participate in the vendor management review process for applicable benefit and compensation vendors. Oversee regulatory plan and applicable internal audits. Manage a multi-site Total Rewards team. Comply with all published enterprise level policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Risk Management policies. Complete all required, ongoing enterprise level training including, but not limited to BSA, OFAC, and Information Security. Report all Risk Management Policy violations in accordance with policy. Other duties may be required and assigned by the supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of human resources experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on compensation and/or benefits. Skills and Abilities:
Deep knowledge of benefits & compensation principles, practices, and regulations. Proven experience in creating and or managing employee wellbeing programs and initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated skill in use of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel). Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software, preferably Workday. Experience managing a team and leading projects. Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement long-term strategies.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent preferred CEBS, CBP, CCP, SHRM and/or HRCI certifications preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job requires the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. This job requires infrequent lifting or carrying of objects up to 10 pounds. Hybrid work schedule based on business needs Travel to multi-site locations as needed
