Symetra has an opportunity to join our team as an Employee Communications Manager. About the role The senior communications specialist is a key contributor to the Corporate Communications team, responsible for a wide range of employee communications functions and tasks. The role is responsible for successfully developing content and managing channels to inform and engage employees, in support of the company's strategic plan. You will serve as communication lead for public affairs, community relations, sports sponsorship, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion office and Symetra's network of employee resource groups. Compensation $85,400 - $142,300 annually plus eligibility for Company Annual Bonus program Who you are
