Position Summary

This
is an office assistant position for the Department of Geography and
Environmental Studies for the 2025-2026 academic year with the possibility of renewal dependent on work-study award. Summer 2025 hours
possible as well.

Duties include: processing PCard and reimbursement
expenses in Chrome River, delivery/pickup of documents, packages, and other items around
main campus, filing and organizing documents/files, inventory of office supplies, copying and scanning, managing the main office and greeting students, faculty, and staff. Miscellaneous duties as assigned and
general support of faculty/staff within the department.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Basic computer skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Printer/copier experience
Office work experience
Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours fall/spring semesters
Must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Be able to work at least three days out of the week. More days/hours are encouraged within the work-study guidelines.
