Global Marketing - Demand Generation Team
This is a temporary, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role estimated from August 4, 2025 to May 15, 2026. Must be in the United States.
Summary
This role supports the strategic execution of global B2B direct mail campaigns, ensuring continuity during a team member's leave of absence. You'll lead high-impact, data-informed campaigns across U.S. and international markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver measurable marketing results.

Able to work independently and oversee multiple campaign timelines and priorities
Flexible and collaborative, with strong cross-functional communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication with outstanding organizational detail
Bonus: Experience in direct mail creative development and multivariate testing
Job Description
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of direct mail campaigns aligned to marketing and business goals.
You'll ensure a seamless workflow from concept through delivery, leveraging vendors and cross-functional teams to maintain campaign quality and performance. This includes:
Developing and executing end-to-end B2B direct mail strategies across global markets
Managing creative development, data targeting, production, and postal coordination
Collaborating with internal teams to align campaign efforts with broader brand and demand gen objectives
Analyzing campaign metrics and applying data insights to improve future outcomes
Coordinating with vendors and agencies to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
Overseeing campaign budgets and making recommendations for optimizations or reallocation
You'll play a key role in maintaining consistency and momentum across critical direct mail programs during the interim period.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with direct mail specialization
Experience managing campaigns at scale, including international or regional targeting
Familiarity with marketing data analytics, campaign reporting, and experiment design
Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50- $54 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
