Position Objective: The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the company's air filtration products within the aftermarket segment. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, end users, and key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support. The representative will utilize product knowledge and market insight to promote solutions that meet customer needs, while achieving sales targets and supporting the company's overall strategic objectives. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated sales professional who can operate effectively in a competitive, technical sales environment. Key Accountabilities: Strategic *Work with Regional Sales Managers to find and Develop Strategic Filter Accounts. *Sell AFM Filter Product using a consultative approach. *Using SalesForce CRM create and execute an account calling strategy to close new AFM Filter Business. *Collaborate with existing Dealer Network to expand reach into AFM Market Place. *Develop relationships with new and existing customers through telephone discussions and occasional face-to-face introductions. *Serves as key member of the aftermarket sales team for EP North America, with responsibility for sales of aftermarket filters. Business Development *Create an easy sales path for Dealer Network to sell AFM Filter. *Collaborate with Marketing to develop literature supporting AFM Filter communication. *Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to create effective marketing campaigns. *Maintain strong, accurate and current aftermarket sales pipeline within Salesforce. *Work with Regional Sales Manager to capture new equipment sales and effectively transition to AFM Sales Opportunities. *Negotiate pricing, as well as order terms and conditions to close business. *Reports on customers, competitors and regional news that may help or affect aftermarket sales in the assigned region. Salesforce Development *Create account schemes and follow up activities to ensure proper customer touch points. *Leverage all Sales Tools available including Zoom info to effectively develop salesforce account data. Sales Rep Interaction *Communicates regularly with the external regional sales managers, to ensure team success. *Provide dealers with pricing strategies and competitive information to ensure sales success. *Support reps training on AAF aftermarket products, sales processes and any supporting tools. *Other duties as assigned.
