Job Description:

The Role:

The Entegris site in Rockrimmon, CO is seeking a Senior Buyer/Planner to join our dynamic team in support of our injection molding, assembly and machining. The new hire in this role will be responsible for creatingproduction schedules in accordance with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) recommendations and customer demand to ensure a controlled flow of work and materials through manufacturing. They will support corporate and site goals to ensure service level and inventory turns by carefully controlling production activities.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage/develop the production schedule to optimize manufacturing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and on-time order processing for all assignedwork cells and products.

  • Partner with our cross-functional team to identify and resolve material, resource, and capacity constraints within the framework of customer requirements.

  • Lead weekly capacity/production meeting, proactively resolve tooling, material, and labor constraints.

  • Support other planner/buyers including internal and external groups in working as part of one team to accomplish one goal, ensuring success for the organization.

  • ReviewMRP messages daily for assigned products and generate work orders to satisfy demand and reschedules as necessary;present correct requirements to manufacturing and procurement.

  • Ensureon-time delivery of customer orders by monitoring and updating work order schedules for validity and accuracy.

  • Reviewand maintaincritical Master Data elements that pertain to scheduling,including safety stock levels and order quantities, for assigned work cells.

  • Reviewand respondto all Engineering Change Requests (ECR)and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Quality Notification (QN) activitiesfor assigned product lines.

  • Assemblework order job packets to support manufacturing as required.

  • Analyze work order variances and close work orders as required.

  • Collaborateacross functional areas to ensure data integrity in SAP and document control.

  • Partner with the tool room to support new tool introductions.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area bywearingrequired Personal Protective Equipment and reporting any potential hazards immediately.

  • Completemiscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

What We Seek:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Scheduler or Planner in a manufacturing environment

  • The ability to build influence,trust, and a strong communication network across a cross-functional factory support team.

  • Strong organizational skills and the motivation to complete tasks with a sense of urgency

  • Expertise with ERP Operating systems

  • Experience and proficiency utilizing an ERP system(s)

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support the operation as needed.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • SAP Experience

  • Experience within an injection molding or plastics manufacturing environment

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

  • APICS certification

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
