We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team and represent our company in a professional, positive, and courteous manner. The successful candidate needs to be someone who takes initiative, can work well with others, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities You would be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, and badging visitors and directing them to various parts of the office. You must conduct yourself in a professional manner, including grooming, dress, and comportment. Your day-to-day tasks will include ensuring the office lobby is open and ready to receive visitors Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for answering the phone in a professional manner, screening and routing calls as needed. Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and notifying the appropriate personnel upon their arrival is a key part of the role. You will also help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor badges, as well as maintaining visitor logs. Additional responsibilities include sorting and distributing mail, receiving shipments and deliveries, and keeping your workspace clean and organized. This position requires maintaining a work schedule of 10 to 15 hours per week. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
