Sr Benefits Specialist

Your main responsibilities

Responsibilities

1) Work with 3rd party vendors to administer the end-to-end process for Disability, FMLA, and parental leaves. Provide updates on leaves to Managers, HR, and HRIS as well as coordinate pay with Payroll.
2) Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
3) Serve as a key contact for third party retirement administrators to ensure plans are running smooth.
4) Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration.
5) Assist with preparation, collect, and organize data for benefit plan audits.
6) Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and accuracy of required filings and communications including those associated with the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
7) Participate in all Annual Enrollment activities, including but not limited to preparation, testing, employee meetings, etc.

What you bring

Basic Qualifications

* Minimum of 4 years of experience with the administration of benefits.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent technical skills (EXCEL, HRMS, etc.).

Additional Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Experience in a multi-national organization preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong detail orientation.
* Experience interfacing with benefit, and wellness vendors.
