*This job is a work from home role, but you must be located in Northwest Arkansas.*

As the Replenishment Analyst you will support tru fru's top customers by overseeing and optimizing inventory management and sales data performance. Partnering closely with customers to proactively manage all aspects of efficiently delivering the right product to the right place at the right time, you will provide the insights necessary to make sound business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You should be detailed and action-oriented, possess strong analytical abilities and have a proven track record with supply chain and sales goals execution.

What you'll do



  • Manage inventory by actively working with our customers to manage orders, recommend forecast adjustments, create inventory opportunities, and create solutions to supply chain related gaps.
  • Work closely with tru fru's demand and supply planning teams on customer forecasts and executing against those plans.
  • Partner with Tru Fru customer fulfillment team to proactively meet customer needs and resolve supply issues that arise.
  • Compile, analyze and clearly communicate analytical findings of large amounts of data.
  • Develop and maintain analytical dashboards that track customer point of sale data.
  • Provide weekly reporting recaps including sales performance, in-stocks, supply plan, OTIF, & SQEP metrics.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support and insight generation for use in presentations by sales, marketing, and overall business management.
  • Actively work with retailer replenishment teams regarding forecast recommendations, OOS, & supply chain concerns.
  • Manage new item creation process for both Walmart (Item 360) & Sam's Club (IDM).

You have...



  • Bachelor's degree in a business field or related area of study.
  • 3 + years of experience in CPG sales or replenishment roles within Club or Mass channel (strong preference for experience with Walmart and Sams).
  • Knowledge of Walmart Retail link including Scintilla, Supplier One, Madrid, IDM, NOVA, & OTIF platforms.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, Circana) and standard measures of sales performance.
  • Experience with tracking and monitoring promotional / non promotional strategy.
  • Exceptional working proficiency in Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • The ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • Prior experience in inventory management or supply chain field.
